Candidate’s Responsibilities – Supporting the Logistics Administration Team in:

• Analyzing and approving logistics costs and handling invoice
• Managing cost documentation and transport-related claims
• Ensuring data integrity in internal databases and the transportation management system
• Preparing financial reports and conducting data analysis
• Collaborating with the operational planning and finance departments
• Maintaining close contact with the Customer Service department to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Supporting the implementation of new tools to improve logistics operations
• Identifying process optimization opportunities and improvements based on analysis
• Achieving KPI targets for the entire logistics department

• Perseverance, precision, and willingness to perform repetitive tasks

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (at least: basic functions, pivot tables, basic knowledge of formulas, and the ability to apply them in practice)
