Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a motivated student or recent graduate who has:

1. A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR within a manufacturing setting.
2. Willing to work 80 -100% of work schedule.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
4. A proactive and growth mindset, with keen attention to detail.

6. Know how to set priorities and deliver commitments.
7. Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices is a plus, but not mandatory.
