W łódzkiej fabryce, jednej z największych w Europie należących do Grupy Barry Callebaut, powstaje ulubiony przysmak całego świata - czekolada w formie płynnej i stałej, która trafia zarówno na rynek lokalny, jak i jest eksportowana do innych krajów. Fabryka zatrudnia około 300 osób w obszarach takich jak produkcja, łańcuch dostaw, zapewnienie jakości oraz obsługa klienta.
W 2015 roku firma uruchomiła w Łodzi Centrum Usług Wspólnych (SSC), które, które stało się kluczowym wsparciem dla globalnych operacji Barry Callebaut w obszarach takich jak Finanse, IT, Master Data, Obsługa Klienta, HR oraz Logistyka.
W 2025 roku SSC przeszło transformację tworząc Globalne Centrum Usług Biznesowych (GBS), a zarazem stając się strategicznym hubem kompetencji dla całej Grupy Barry Callebaut. About the Team
Our Global Supplier Quality team is currently looking for an intern to support daily operational work. In this position, you will work with our data compliance specialists and analysts to secure tasks related to our raw materials and suppliers - i.e. checking certificates, responding to inquiries, managing documentation and addressing tasks within our systems.
Additionally, you will have the chance to become part of a global and passionate team. You will also acquire expertise in SAP and SalesForce software, skills highly valued in the market.
- Supporting our specialists and analysts in everyday activities
- Maintaining current documentation
- Certification management - analyzing, verifying and revising certificates related to raw materials and packaging
- Reporting information about suppliers and packaging in the quality documentation system
- Communicating with different stakeholders to resolve ongoing issues
- You have studied or graduated in a field connected to food and/or quality.
- You have a proficient level of English that enables you to communicate effectively.
- You pay attention to details and well-developed analytical thinking
- You are responsible person with organizational skills
- Your approach is proactive and open.
- You are available for at least 30 hours a week
