About the team 🚢🍫

The Deployment Team operates on finished goods and ensures that appropriate stock levels are maintained across all warehouses. We monitor inventory availability, coordinate transfers, and work proactively to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Our focus is on keeping the right products in the right locations to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

1. Create and maintain stock transport orders between main and satellite warehouses;
2. Monitor backlog sales orders to plan and secure stock transfers between distribution centers;
3. Generate reports to identify potential supply shortages;
4. Control the accuracy of TrRFix data in the SAP system, including ongoing verification and updates as needed;
5. Prepare reports, summaries, and other materials according to the current needs of the deployment team;
6. Closely collaborate with the customer service teams and planning community;
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives and projects;
8. Participate in the meetings related to the supply chain community.

1. You are a conscientious and creative person;
2. You are available at least 25 hours a week;
3. You absorb new information quickly;
4. Strong communication skills;
5. Analytical skills and attention to detail;
6. You are an organized person who also works under time pressure;
7. You have higher education in logistics/IT/you are currently studying in related fields;
8. You speak English at a level that allows for free oral and written communication (at least intermediate level);
9. You know basic formulas in MS Excel (knowledge of pivot tables or PowerBI will be an additional advantage);
10. Experience in a similar position will be appreciated;
11. Knowledge of SAP is advantage, but not required, we will teach you everything.
